Clients showing up offline after updating to version 2600

I noticed yesterday that Clients showing up offline after updating to version 2600. They all showed the same date and time 11/20/2012 11:13 AM (CST). Calling the clients and having them reboot the computer still showed offline. I drove to one clients business and restarted the client about 4 times before it came back online. They were a mixture of XP and Win 7 pc's all 32bit.

Anyone else see this behavior

Know the feeling there. One of mine was about 900 miles from me, but used join.me with help from the client and after restarting the service twice it came back online. Panic was coming on strong because of some servers that I had planned on servicing.

LMI support tech called me after my post and we were able to get into another one of the computer's I was having a problem (with help from the client and he did some troubleshooting and copied off logs to analyze. He told me that numerous people had this problem and they were working on it not that it solves current offline issues :smileysad:

I am seeing similar behavior, though in my case they show as going offline at "11/20/2012 12:13 PM" since I'm in EST instead of CST, and the clients are a mix of XP, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2003, and Server 2008. Not every client that upgraded is showing the problem, just a handful of them - of course that includes servers that I *must* work on this week, and they aren't in the same state that I'm currently in - so rebooting the client is NOT an option for me. :smileymad:

Another oddity in this mess in that although I have them configured to report when they go offline none of them have send me alerts as to their staus????
