Hi, can anyone help? When I log into my host PC within a couple of minutes a messages comes saying that I am disconnected. When I try to log back in is says that I am log on but off line. If I leave it for 10 minutes or so I can log back in but get disconnected within few minutes of logging in. Any suggestion on to what to do. Its a bit crap that you cannot get support over the weekend when you have a technical problem.
Whole point of having logmein is to get access to your files where ever and when ever you want if there is no support at the weekends how are you supposed to do that if you have a problem.
