I will try my best to explain this issue. I have a remote PC running Windows XP Pro SP3 and I am using LogMeIn Pro to access it. Everything is fine when I am in the machine I can log in and out just fine. However, if I reboot the machine I am unable to log back into it. I watch it go offline and come back online. When I access the PC I can see the Windows login screen. The problem is that I don't have mouse & keyboard control. I call the property and they log in at the PC for me and I have control once again. From there I can log out and log back in again just fine. I'm pretty well stumped on this one and can't seem to turn up any results for a similar situation.
Thank you in advance.
I did eventually figure this one out. I had originally used RDP from a different PC to install LogMeIn on the target PC. I uninstalled LogMeIn and reinstalled without using RDP. Everything is working fine now.
