When I log into my remote PC from my laptop, if I type letters numbers appear. I turned off the anti-keylogging in GuardedID - a part of Comcast ConstantGuard. That did not work. I uninstalled Constantguard. That did not work either. I submitted a help ticket. The response was that GuardedID was an individual module, and I needed to uninstall it. I did not find GuardedID as a separate program. What should I do?
