I've been using logmein forever and never had a problem til yesterday - getting the black screen when I log in - using Internet Explorer and Windows 7 on both computers ... help
The thread you originally posted in was for OSX only, which their issue is known. Yours is different, and I would suggest that you contact our support department for further assistance.
