Confused and struggling to find documentation - add a computer

I am trialing LogMeIn Pro and want to do the following:

Remote desktop to a computer of a friend in another country.

What is the correct process to add a new computer to my Pro trial so I can remote desktop to that computer? I do not have physical access to the machine, but the user does. He has already linked his computer to my Pro account, and I can see it under Networks but not under Home, and do not seem able to start a Remote Access session.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is with our Central software. You can setup a Deployment Link.

So just to confirm the normal approach is a 'field' visit to the computer;

Ideally I would like to do this remotely but it sounds like it is not an option?
