For the last two days I've had an issue with the plugin on firefox. It consistently crashes after less than 30 seconds of controlling the remote computer. I've tried restarting, updating firefox, and it didn't work. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem earlier this month too but then I was able to get things to work reasonably well with Firefox after reinstalling the latest flash for both IE and Firefox (separately, of course). I left IE alone for a week. Then, checked IE LMI function and it was working again. Now, this evening, both are constantly crashing again.
I suspect a change in the LMI intermediate servers or something in the middle because there is no changes on each end that I can find and I am controlling dozens of machines. The only thing common is LMI's own servers and web site.
I know this isn't your answer but at least maybe swapping notes we can narrow this down a bit.
