I have some problems with printing from the host computer. I have re-installed log me in and the remote printing button (Options) is not accessible (in grey colour). I use Log me in Pro.
Any help would be appreciated
Sorry but I can't find 'Net Driver HPZ12' . Where shall I look for it please?
On your computer, look for a service called the 'Net Driver HPZ12', and stop it. Then close your browser, and reopen.
What is happening is that driver is actually slowing things down when we try to pull information from the printer. The icon will only be grey like that when we are trying to map a printer. On affected HP Drivers, this can take upwards of 15 minutes at times.
Before shutting it down, right click on the printer, and go into Printer Properties. Time it from when you click Printer Properties, till wehn it actually opens. It is most likely going to take a bit of time.
