Thanks. Yeah I have agents added to each service. I was hoping there was a way to do it for end users that dont have a license though. Because now when they go in, they have to pick the correct one to send it to from a dropdown and we have been having issues with that. Can this be recommended to the team to add at some point in the future?

It sounds like you have tried a couple of different network connections and the issue persists, is that correct? Do you have others on the same network/location using also using a Yealink T34w?

The issue seems to be following the user, the phone reboots on its own. Has anyone seen this issue before? Phone also has poor call quality it seems, voice drops out. Everything from the physical network to even the goto network test comes back positive.

Why was GlennD answer marked as accepted? I checked with support, and there is no way to prompt the user to enter in the credentials on their side to allow the applet to restart as a system service.
This is a sorely needed feature for us as many of our customers are standard users so we have to ask them to run the application as administrator, but not all systems allow users to elevate via context menu which makes troubleshooting difficult requiring use of alternative remote desktop options.

Hi @digitaltwoway, the first thing to do is make sure your billing information is up to date:
- Sign in to GoTo Admin.
- Select Billing, and then choose the Payment method tab.
- To edit your payment method, select
Edit. - Modify the information as needed and save your changes.
- Add or modify your billing information and payment method as needed.
Once that is done:
- From Billing, select Subscriptions.
- Select a subscription to manage its details and/or choose available add-ons and upgrades.
- If prompted, enable Monthly or Annual billing and then select Add to cart.
- Select Checkout.
- If prompted, enter payment details.
- Review the order details and select Buy now.

I can't make any inquiries because I haven't registered with the country in the first place. I can't even cancel my account. Can you delete my account?

I made a free account to use Hamachi eons ago, and I have not had to use it in years now.
I have started cleaning up and getting rid of accounts tied to my email that I don't need anymore. From what I see I would have to call customer support, but I do not want to give more of my personal details out.
Is there no way to contact support via email directly?
