I have not been able to locate any other reports of this so far, so I have created a case for the Support team.
mobile devices are inputing numbers incorrectly
Using GoToMyPC to log on to a plant control PC with windows 7 Pro. The host computer running Rockwell Automation software (Factory Talk SE, which uses a lot of visual basic). PC to PC everything work GREAT. Problem is Mobil Devices. This plant has about 10 people connecting, everyone's androids, IPhones, etc.. have the same problem when inputting numbers. Example: you press "5" and it will appear on the host input dialog box, but when enter is pressed the input gets downloaded as "0". any number entered get downloaded as "0". This again will only happen on mobile devices NOT PC to PC, and everything looks normal (the "5" displays in the input box normally) until pressing enter.
If you think about using a calculator and pressing "5", it displays "5" until you press enter, and the answer ended up seeing a "0". Though this doesn't happen with the calculator program, only an example of our inputs.

I am checking to see if this issue has been reported already. Can you please confirm that your GoTo Connect App is up to date and the latest available version?

Re: Noise cancelling microphone
Hi Glenn. We tried a Leitner LH250 and a Poly Blackwire 8225 which is described as having "noise cancelling microphone technology". It might be a setting problem but, troubleshooting with support made no difference. Background noise is still being heard.

Hi @Tho-Mas nice to see you, sorry to hear about this.
I'm not seeing this issue being reported. Is it possible permissions changed or you are using a different email to access the report?
Have you tried clearing browser cache or a different browser?
If the issue still persists, you should contact support directly who can take a look at your account and see what's happening.

Also, in Private Window (which is not using any cached information).
And: all other Reports work well
Re: Need the flexible panel layout when playing uploaded videos...
Managing high-volume Q&A is already a challenge and the new GoToWebinar interface makes it worse. When playing uploaded videos, the Questions and Chat panels auto-merge with the video screen, and the pop-out option for flexible layouts is gone. Please really consider the idea of a flexibel panel.
