Survey with multiple answers to include a free text field for 'other (please specify)

I want to create questions in survey with multiple answers with one of those answers being 'other (please specify) that provides a free text box for people to put their ideas/comments. Sadly, that's not available so I'll have to use GTW for the webinar and another service for the follow up survey.

You could put the question with the multiple choice and an option of "other" and then in the next question put "If you answered "other" in question 5 please add your comments here" and have that be free form.
