Please consider added more engagement emoticons to GoTo Webinar and GoTo Training. Emoticons are critical for trainers being able to successfully engage learners throughout their training. The following would be very helpful: a checkmark for confirming things or answering Yes; an X for no and to confirm in the negative; Stepped Out (like an open door or coffee cup) to signal a person has stepped away.
Trainers in our sales organization use the checkmark and X when doing a round-robin type of Q&A where they throw questions out to the group, allow them to respond with the checkmark or X and then expand on the answer based on the responses. This is another technique that gives the trainer more flexibility in their training approach to diversity their delivery and virtual training style.
