@sdianov welcome to the GoTo Community. I've moved your suggestion to our idea board and this thread because it shares a similar request. While I don't know of plans to add Dutch in the immediate future, we will be certain to pass this information on to the team.

We offer various webinars for our cliets, world wide. However, we have a very loyal group of Dutch customers for our webinars and that's where we're facing a problem with GoTo.

There is no Dutch version of GoTo.Webinar... Just spoke to Customer Service and I was told to start a topic here. It would be wonderful to have this option introduced. What are the chances?

Agreed, please add Traditional Chinese language option for better webinars in Taiwan. We often receive responses to related issues too. For example, when adding Outlook calendar, there will be garbled characters because the part of our customer's system does not support simplified Chinese characters.

@tapper101 I'm sorry Swedish is not currently a language we have native support for. This will be considered for later development as GoTo customers weigh in on your enhancement idea.

I don't know why this isn't a higher priority with you guys, or what's holding you back from doing it.

I'm sure people are fine with having the website and dashboard in English, but how much work could it possibly be to have just the registration page translated to other languages (other than the already supported languages)? I.e. internal views (admin) in English and external view (visitor/attendee) in the local language.

I work with translations myself and I'd wager translating all the labels and buttons would be about a days work.

It doesn't look good when you have the event title and description in, for instance, Swedish and all the fields, labels and buttons in English. Having it in the same language would certainly help with credibility, perhaps increasing the chance that a visitor will register.

Is anything like this planned for the future? Maybe you can involve the community. I would gladly help with translations to Swedish.

Dear GoToWebinar stuff,

This year as newer required an online meeting services. Unfortunately GoToWebinar still supports limited language list. A Russian-speaking people is an big audience over 200 million people.

All worldwide online conference providers offer a localized product but not GoToWebinar.

We're using your service about 2 year and ready to help your company to do prepare and release a Russian mailings, software interface and other related resources. I hope it can be interesting for you. Let me know if yes.

I fully agree. The current situation is not acceptable. It is like providing only a Spanish version to the US clients.

@Brenda Dentinge Within the supported GoToWebinar languages, you may schedule individual sessions with specific languages, such as English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese, Portugese, Korean and Japanese. Once scheduled, most of the website and email communications will default to the language you selected during the setup process.

Hi Brenda,

Language settings are set universally for your account within your account settings. Unfortunately this would not be able to be changed just for one specific webinar. If the settings are changed on your account to French, then everything on your account and everything that it does will be in French.

This is a great suggestion for an improvement in the future, but just not possible at this time. Sorry about any inconvenience!

Hi, we are running a French webinar nd I'd like to have the LP fields in French as well as the auto-emails. Is this possible? Is there a setting for one specific webinar? The rest are in English. Thanks!

We too see the need for having our languange (Norwegian) listed as an option. As in previous comments the emails look unprofessional with mixed languages, having sections where we've added our own text in the editable fields and the rest appears in English.

Could you please share with us your planned roadmap for which languages we can expect in the near future? How do you plan which languages are added?

Everything else is great, but this a huge minus in the solution.

30 minutes into a meeting suddenly nobody could see my screen. It showed on their screens " waiting for (organizer's name) to start the meeting. I ended up having to create a new meeting which the attendees also had issues joining. This is not the first time this has happened, and no other meetings were scheduled during the time of this meeting.

Hi, I was looking to see if I could take a subscription on the service, but in my country the only site I found was Belgium - French.
As the majority of Belgium speaks Dutch no French, would there be a possibility to either provide the Dutch site as well?

Hi, I usually make webinars in Portuguese, we are located in Brazil. But for our attendees is very confusing, because when I am setting a langauge I have to choose from a list that doesn ́t include Portuguese, and the emails can be only partly costumized, so people don ́t really know if the webinar will be given in Portuguese.

Is there any way to include Portuguese on the available languages? If not, would be really important if we could customize the entire alerts and confirmation emails.

this application gotowebiner excellent but still need from Managament more option to add like approval for any register from my Mobile device and no Limited Language ( Language its very easy option to do just need Language list which ready in any Website in the word ) also in my seasion i make 1 attendance to be presinter to show us his screen and axplain his work but when he finish i can return back to me i have to throw him out of the webiner and ask him to attend again so i can take the Screen as Presinter so but i have to do this which hard to me to do with every attendance

To be honest, the gotomeeting application looks perfect. BUT - it is all in english (and several other languages). The worst - including emails and register forms which my clients/attendees receive via email/see when registering. And this is the point where all of this great stuff loses sense. I simply cannot communicate with my clients this weird way.

I have no problems to translate all the stuff myself, if there is the possibility to do so. I really love the application, its design etc., but it is absolutely inapplicable in real life.

There may be something I did not notice, so my question is: is there any way to make all these things (emails and register forms) Czech?

I agree! The mix of English and Norwegian looks funny. Let us get access to translate the formtext e.g. In the forms I would like to change "Dear" and " Please send your questions, comments and feeback to: xxx@gmail.com. No problem with the english in the GUI, but let us be able to translate the text in forms.
