Since this tool is used to deliver online trainings, the trainer is often at loss, if someone records the session using screen recording tools, and then start selling it

I would prefer a solution, which is based on lockdown browsers, which disables everything else -  does not allow any application, and disables all USB ports and HDMI ports, while the training session is conducted

Is it possible?

If you mean specifically the ability for an attendee to record the audio/video from your broadcast, this can be done with several types of screen recorders.  I understand your interest in keeping your presentations proprietary, however there is little security at this time once you share the information with your audience.
