We want to show on our website all the schedule of our webinars on a calendar instead of this:Just like this calendar:
If we did that, there would have to be a way we could indicate which webinars need to be on our public list and which would not.
We have multiple lists on our company website where we list different types of webinars. Most people we serve do not need to see the list of webinars that do not pertain to them.
And we do a lot of private group webinars that do not need to be on any public facing list.
I see this post was from 2018. Has the ability to have a public facing page with all upcoming webinars been made available yet?
Kate,
That would be a feature I would like as well. A simple list of all upcoming webinars or possibly a calendar which shows available webinar by date would be a very helpful added feature.
Right-- that's one area we don't really offer right now: the publicizing of scheduled webinars
I can certainly see the need for business' to utilize an all-inclusive platform for marketing and data collection. At this time though, we only offer certain API functionality to those web developers who create their own private registration sites.
I create my own web pages on our own webserver to showcase our GoToWebinars. Our webinars have different audiences, so a single list would not work for us.
Besides listing the webinar title, description, and a link to the registration page, I can also include handouts and web links that will be referenced during the webinar.
Hi AshC,
Yes, and I'm a big fan! That's a great way to showcase past webinars that have been recorded, however I want to help market upcoming webinars that have not yet occurred. I believe the channel page is only for the former, but perhaps I am wrong?
Best,
Kate
Hi Kate,
Have you already checked out GoToWebinar's Channel Page Beta program?
With these pages, you can easily decide which online recordings you want to publish or decommission at any time.
Hi GoToWebinar developers,
I would like to suggest creating an easy way for webinar hosts to share all upcoming webinars on a webpage that people could access, similar to how it looks on our back-end, but available to registrants. I called support today to find out this is not an option, and think it would be a great feature to add in the future.
Thanks,

[UPDATE]
This feature is now available when using the new GoToWebinar scheduling interface: Calendar View:
* Blue highlight indicates the current date
** Red highlight indicates conflicting dates
It would be ideal to have this option without having to learn how to use APIs or hiring a developer.
Hello,
Any news on the above topic? We would also like to embed webinar calendar in our website, that will show dates and times of upcoming webinars we schedule.
Thank you,
Hi Navdeep,We should be releasing a Channel Page program where you may be able to publish post-event recordings to a single page for attendees to watch on demand. This should at least fulfill part of the need, though we don't yet have a 'catalog' that Organizers can add different upcoming broadcasts to yet.
Hi Megan,
I'm sorry no, we still do not publish a page displaying your upcoming webinars. Depending on your the resources available to you, you could create a page yourself using our free API: https://developer.citrixonline.com/gotowebinar-api-overview Most customers simply post their registration links to their blogs, Facebook pages etc.
Hello Dhemy,A GoToWebinar 'Calendar View' is not a feature at this time, and I'm happy to create a product improvement request for you. Thanks for your input!
If you found this discussion useful, why not register/sign-in? It only takes a minute to add your support and vote for a new feature!
