Keyboard shortcuts or Hotkeys for common functions.

It would be great to have some keyboard short cuts for common organiser actitivites (eg mute self; unmute selected participant.

 

I have a programmable keyboard and with keyboard short cuts I could set it up  for hardware control of commmon organsier actitivies.

Great idea. There are times I could use a few quick short cuts.

 

Be aware however, that these shortcuts will work only if the GoToWebinar program is the program at the front of your computer screen, often referred to as the focus.

 

If you are running a GoToWebinar session, and are currently clicking through a PowerPoint presentation, then any keyboard entries will apply to PowerPoint, not GoToWebinar.  The Keyboard and mouse can be "focused" on only one program at a time, which is the last program on which you clicked.
