We have a webinar that is likely to exceed our maximum capacity and would like to send tailored follow-up messaging to those who cannot join and just see the 'the webinar is full' message. Apparently reporting will not allow this - the Attendee Report shows all non-attendees, and groups those who couldn't with those who just didn't. There is not a metric for those who tried but the event was full.
This seems like a real limitation - there is a big difference between someone who registered and lost interest vs someone 'knocking on the door' and being turned away - in terms of user experience, and this could be a key audience for specific follow-up wording.
Has anyone found a way around this? Is it on the reporting roadmap?
