unresponsive Server this morning in Belgium: request for Login and Master-Password appears, but nothing happens after filling in the boxes. Not even an error message, just the idling website

jhuk

Anyone having issues today?

I am not sure if my 30 days are up and its time to authenticate again but as soon as I do by various methods it closed the Webpage and I have to start over.

EDIT: NVM sorted, I forgot to temporary allow 3rd party cookies to log in.

EDIT 2 :Now its back after opening and closing Edge a few times so must have been fluke above as server is definitely acting up.

Same error for the past 45 minute or more...

I am also facing this issue. Did you get any proper solution?

My last pass won't even get to a log in screen in my browser. Very shitty when so many folks have used this great tool to secure stronger passwords. Is there a resolution to this on the horizon?

2:55 PST and LastPass is still dead as a doornail, despite their claims that it is "fully operational." What gives??

katnrick

https://status.lastpass.com/ indicates everything is fixed.

NOPE, not here at 12:42 PST

Success! I'm in! Thank you everyone.

These outages are ridiculous. This is supposed to be an enterprise product that can't seem to stay up. How many outages this year?

mencik

Woo Hoo! - I just got in. Hopefully it will stay up.

Having problems getting into LP and keeping site open long enough to do what I need.

UPDATE: Our team is still working the case but here’s what we can share: we’ve isolated the issue to be a data center connectivity problem – our team is working hard to fix it as we type. Additionally, we want to clarify any chatter: this is not a security related issue.

Login process times out with an error message "Check your internet connection and computer date and time". That was on a chromebook. Was able to get here on a Windows 10 computer.

Where's my subscriber support when I need it?

I can log into LastPass, but within seconds, it throws me back out with the message:

"LastPass was unable to contact the login server, so you are now in offline mode."

Found this story on the problem: https://www.tomsguide.com/us/lastpass-p ... 28592.html

I'm unable to access my account through Firefox or Chrome. It rarely gets as far as asking for the Yubikey, but when it does and appears that I'm logged in it's like a new account with no saved sites.

Everything was working fine yesterday, Nov. 19, 2018. Turn on my computer today, and Lastpass disconnects prompting me it can't connect to the server. It goes into offline mode. I tried to reconnect. I would sign in using the Chrome Extension, then immediately it would generate the "can't connect to the server" error message, and kick me into offline mode. After multiple attempts of this, I removed the Chrome Extension and attempted to reload it. Once I did, the extension began acting odd. It froze when I attempted to log in. After submitting my password and username, it just sat there, blank... as though it didn't receive any input whatsoever. So I uninstalled it again. I then flushed Chrome of browser data (cookies, etc.) and attempted to login into LastPass.com (this time through the internet). Can't seem to get on there either. After inputting my username and password, it prompted me to update my password---so I hit yes. It then returned to the login screen, then froze and gave me a timeout error. Everything else works just fine---streaming music, gaming, internet speeds are fast and normal. Lastpass however is not. Finally, when attempting to reset my password a second time, it gave me this error number... Reference #97.1c0fd717.1542734743.ae021a9. What happened LastPass?? Seems the entire website, server, app, and extension (everything) failed... how can that happen?? My computer is working just fine. Any help would be appreciated.

System Info: Windows 10 64-bit, latest version. Google Chrome, latest version.

mencik

I'm using Firefox and IE. Chrome not available and not local admin, so I can't install.

ChristianDiscer

Periodically get the same error - I wonder if it has anything to do with the recent Chrome update to "Version 70.0.3538.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)"

mencik

I tried submitting a ticket through the help center, and get "An error occurred."

dcoffee

Another user have the same issue all morning......

FIX YOUR SYSTEM LASTPASS.

mencik

This thread is not 7+ years old. First post was this morning. I have no clue what you are looking at.

jhuk

I only looked at time as did not expect the thread to be nearly 7+ years old, so issue will no doubt never be fixed.

newuser2160

I have called LogMeIn and they noted it was being looked into currently. I hope to see an update or changes soon.
