Morgan Stanley Stockplan Connect does not recognize credentials

For some reason my LastPass credentials do not work on Morgan Stanley Stockplan Connect website (stockplanconnect.com). My credentials are autofilled, but returns an error "The User Name and/or password you entered does not match our records. Please try again."

However, I manually copy/paste credentials from the LastPass Vault and am allowed in to the website. Please advise

I have the same issue - what I have noticed is that the Morgan Stanley site requires a 'tab' from the username to the password field - when you do this, it partially obscures the username field in the display. As an example:

If I enter the username as: abcdefghi

the displayed username after the tab is: ab*****hi

you then enter the password and it works correctly. From Lastpass, if I let it autofill both the username and password, I need to go back to the username field and re-enter the data with a tab - then it will correctly log in.

Thanks for the information. If you've already tried manually re-adding the site entry to your Vault using the Save All Entered Data option as outlined in the link above, the is most likely not compatible with the LastPass Autofill functionality. As you've found, the workaround would be to copy and paste the password/credentials from LastPass on to the page's login fields.

Unfortunately, that did not work and having same issue. I deleted the entry and re-added, both automatically and manually but issue persists. I also confirmed that URL is not on my Never URL.

(Please note that not all websites will work with Lastpass autofill, due to how they are programmed/designed.)
