I'd like to be able to format the automatic notifications that go out to customers from GoToMeeting after a webinar is over to include HTML. Is that possible?
If not I'm probably going to have to just turn them off.

Follow up emails do not support custom HTML at this time. There are a number of integrations with dedicated email services that can be used in place of the standard GoToWebinar notifications.
