Many times per day I click View > Refresh inside the LogMeIn Client to see if certain workstation come online or go offline. Could you put a button for this in the header of the window and possibly build in an auto refresh timer?
Good luck. I requested this 8 years ago! (Way back on 12/05/2017) Seems like a simple UI change, so I don't know why us users who pay them plenty are being ignored.
We don't even need to have it in the title bar, just move the "Refresh" item out of the View drop-down, and up onto the main menu bar between View and Help.
