GoToAssist v5 currently doesn't support Android version 14. Please put this into development! Our Service Desk is not able to support these mobile customers at this time.
Hi @mikeuchealth, we are planing an update in February that will add support for Android 14.
Just wanted to post a confirmation that support for Android 14+ devices was released. We are aware of an issue with Samsung devices running Android 15 and a fix will be released soon
