In the last few weeks connection to my customer cannot be re-established.
1 of 2 things happens.
1. I complete work and end session and then I cannot start another until the customer restarts the service it seems to be stuck.
2. The screen will go black screen after a few minutes of work usually if I have swapped to another application for a few minutes, all options are live, like file transfer etc. but no screen control as it is black. Now end session and it has an endless connecting.
Both times the connection allows me to browse their files but not get a full connection to their desktop. again, restart service I can get back on but it is 1 connection per service start?
