'Support Ending for Intel-based Apps' for macOS

The latest version of the GoToAssist Remote Support v5 Unattended app for macOS available for download in the GoToAssist v5 Console appears to be 5.14.0.1361, which is what's currently installed on our fleet of macOS devices. On these devices, Gatekeeper provides a 'Support Ending for Intel-based Apps' warning message for the app, which is presumably due to the installer not being arm64 or universal. I noticed that the 'What's New in GoToAssist Remote Support v5' page acknowledged a Gatekeeper warning message for v. 5.9.4.31 on Dec. 9, 2025, which is presumably the same one, but there's no clear indication that an arm64 version of the app was ever released. It appears that v. 5.14.3.1181 "[i]ntroduced minor stability improvements and fixes", but no details are provided.

- Why is v. 5.14.0.1361 the latest version of the unattended app available for download in the console, if v. 5.14.3.1181 was supposedly released?
- Is there an arm64 or universal unattended app installer available? If so, how do I get it?

Hi @WaveRush, welcome to the community.

At this time I do not have any news about an arm64 version of GoToAssist Remote Support v5. My understanding is that GoToAssist Remote Support v4 is a universal binary and is not dependent on Rosetta.
I would encourage you to look at LogMeIn Resolve as a future solution.

As we were rolling out GTARS v5.14.3.1181 one of the software libraries it uses received an unexpected update, so a new version of GTARS needs to be built to incorporate it. The decision was made to stop the deployment of v5.14.3.1181 and deploy the next release once it is ready.
