It would be really useful if follow up emails and certificates could be sent out after an on-demand webinar has been watched. This would also solve the issue of the certificate being dated incorrectly for every attendee. It's not very efficient to have to go on and edit the webinar every week to make sure people aren't…
I'm a corporate account user and we all recently switched from Classic to New. We always shared our Window/Screen using the clean screen option and now I really miss it. Our events are always recorded and I don't like having the date, time, open apps, and other task bar items visible to anyone who watches. While video…
Hi there, is there a way to find out how many participants participated via browser, desktop or smartphone? We are discussing about integrating more interactivity into our webinars which only makes sense if the majority of attendees join via desktop / browser and not mobile. Thanks, Thomas
We would love for this feature in the Gotowebinar solutions. Any change this may be provided in upcoming releases?
Hello, it would be very good if I could ask for the gender directly when registering people, and right at the beginning when the surname and first name have to be entered. This would make it easier to follow up, as you could then automatically address the registered person with the correct gender (which becomes more and…
In GoToWebinar, it is not possible to launch a poll during a video. We have some situations where we would need this possibility.
Right now, it is only possible to include plane text in the follow-up emails for GoToWebinar. It would be nice to be able to include links and to be able to edit a bit the format.
We run all of our webinars on the GTW platform and our post-event emails are an essential part of our event follow-up. The fact the links are not clickable and appear in plain text is not only very inconvenient but it also does not look very professional. Very few email recipients will copy a link in plain text found in…
My webinars are not 1 hour long. They vary between 30-45 minutes. It's painful to schedule the series because the interface cannot hold onto any increments other than 1 hour. If I have an event that's 1-1:30 one day, I add the next session but want it at 2PM, the end time jumps to 3:30. It's been like this for years & I…
Please add the ability to embed GoToWebinar's registration forms onto websites. I want to add a webinar's registration form onto our website so that all of our marketing materials point users to our website (not an independent registration form that is separate from our website). A huge component of doing webinars is…
