get pre-session data through LogMeIn Rescue API

hi,

I am trying to get the pre-session data through the LogMeIn API, this is the documentation

I am not sure what it mean how it works:

At the beginning and/or end of a session, the session data are transferred via HTTP Post or XML to the specified URL

I am not sure how to tell LogMeIn my EndPoint format? maybe from a web request? if yes, which web request should I use?

also, I believe the session ID only get generated when the applet is being downloaded from browser. there will be no session ID when a PIN code is generated.
