Regarding. Getting disconneted from LogMeIn Rescue!

We keep getting disconneted from our costumors, who connect to us, through LogMeIn Rescue!

The connection list in the top of the LogMeIn Rescue windows goes empty, and the log goes empty.

then 20-60 sec. later we get reconnected, and this keeps happening every 2 minuts!

Same issue here.

Sessions taking very long time to appear and then keep disspearing and re-appearing from the console.

File transfers are very slow.

We are also still seeing issues with the main site but see mto be having far more success with beta.logmeinrescue.com - Give that a try as a temporary work around.....

We are looking into this issue as we speak. Thank you for your patience.

Edit 6:08am EST:: We have worked around the issue, and should take full effect after 15 minutes. Please let us know if you still have problems after that.

This is also happening for us, 5 consoles disconnecting for workstations every 2 minutes for about 30seconds at a time

Same here. We are getting disconnected every minute or two. This happens on all remote connections. Very frustrating.

Same here, 7-9 consoles with dozens of sesions are all unusuable. This needs to be resolved ASAP as we depend on remote access to conduct our business.

Same here... we get disconnected within 1 or 2 minutes. after restart it works for few seconds. then is disconnects again....

very annoying, we cannot help our customers in a decent way...

Currently on hold at logmein servicedesk... waiting for few minutes now.

Please create a high priority ticket!!
