Exporting session data

We're having trouble exporting session data to CRM. We've inserted a web link that accepts any data type setup as middleware but we're not receiving any data. Does anyone know how this option works within the administration center or what the requirements are?

One of your reps helped me setup the Requestb.in site yesterday and we saw that LMI was exporting session data but unfortuneately our CRM is still not recieving it.

I'm trying to use Requestb.in again today exporting session data as XML hoping that format will be more compatible with our. Could you look at the steps below to see if I'm missing something when setting up the requestb.in site?

1.) Create Request Bin

2.) Update LogMeIn Administration Site/Exporting Session Data with the new request bin site

3.) Start LogMeIn Console

4.) Connect and Disconnect to a session

5.) Click the circle in the top right corner of request bin site

6.) Then that should take me to a page where I can view the XML data, correct?

If the Requestb.in is not receiving data, and you have your PosttoURL established properly within your admin center, please contact our support line. We would need to look into that further.

The first thing you should do is go to requestb.in

You can establish a bin that will accept anything fed into it, and redisplays it as text. This tests the posting to ensure that it is indeed being triggered properly.

If that site receives the data, then you need to tailor the receive function to process it accordingly.
