Unattended access problem

For some reason I am no longer able to access my PC via unattended access. It was working fine and then over the last week it showed this computer offline at all times. I removed the computer from the admin control center and attempted to add it back, but it doesn't stay on the list. I've tried restarting the tech console and no matter what I do unattended access does not work on this machine. I have no problems on my other computers. This unit is a windows 8 machine, but I do have a couple of other 8's that are working fine. Any idea how to address this?

My issue was resolved by opening Services on the PC that has Unattended Access installed. It was not Revoked, just appeared as Offline.

Find the LogMeIn Rescue service(s) and see if it (or one of them if multiple) is not started. Go ahead and start that one.

If you connected via Rescue, you might have to close out of that session in order to sign back in with Unattended Access.
