"This session has expired"

Experiencing global connectivity issues with one client. We issue a new pincode each time and as soon as the client clicks open on the security warning window to install the applet it pops up the gateway window with the following message:

"This session has expired and can no longer be used. To start a new session this applet must be downloaded again."

Numerous other clients connect successfully with no issues. This client does not believe there's anything wrong on their side. Any help would be appreciated.

Yup, sorry for the late closure of the issue, but I was able to get in touch with the client's own IT and they found the problem to be the proxy server. They added the domain to the proxy exceptions and all is well.

Thx logmein for making me look like an idiot infront of my client!

I have had this happen as well on numerous occasions, specifically with logmein rescue and the answers on this board from logmein personnel are not acceptable. To work around this issue I had to delete all temporary internet files. There was a batch file residing there that would fire up the logmein applet on restart of PC, after deleting all temp internet files that resolved the issue.
