This is the dumbest part of LMI Rescue. Is there no way to prevent LMI from logging the remote computer off when the remote session ends? Why hasn't an option been added to disable this in the technician console yet? This causes nothing but problems for our support tech.
This is old with no replies or resolution- even the LogMeIn free edition had this setting. Any word on this yet? It is very annoying to start a job and then come back to find out the connection dropped and the work was interupted becuse it looged off...
