Integrate Rescue with BMC Remedy

Hi All,

I am new to LogMe In, and we have requirement to integrate Rescue and BMC Remedy I followed all steps as mentiioned in LogMeIn Rescue BMC Remedy Integration guide.

But in step 19 I am not able to understand below parameters values.

Remedy Instance name and its screate password. Form where I can get the screate passowrd and instance name.
