Hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction.
A company that supports me uses LogMeIn Rescue and i've been having troubles connecting to their servce when they provde a key, the software installes and runs but just keep son saying - Connecting...
I did the Ctrl+Alt+Shft and got sopme details -

The error seems to be when it does the SSL handshake it reports that the socket is closed, now i have checked port 443 and they are open, i can ping through it i have even used some port checking software and it goes through.
Doesnt report and cert erros so i am a bit stuck, any help from anyone?
