LMIR and Windows 8 MS Surface Pro 2 - Was fine - Now FUBARed

I was able to work with LMIR on Windows 8 Surface Pro 2 up until today. All was fine, now I only get a partial screen. The client sees the whole screen, but I get about a third and mouse tracking is all out of whack. Is there a solution to this? It's odd that it WAS working and now is not.

I have the same issue when I use the calling card on Windows 8.1. Surface Pro 2. But when I connect with a different method, it works fine.
