UAC issue with customized rescue applet

We are using a customized support app with Logmein Rescue and since it was customized we are having a lot of issues with customers who have UAC (user account control) enabled.

Almost everytime UAC prompt pops up, Logmein just freezes and we have to restart it. If it's not happening screen just flickers a few times, before dismissing a prompt. It was not doing it before. Is it something we can fix from our side?

For 7/8 if you change the UAC slider to not dim the screen the freezing will not occur (at least as far as I've seen). We have had this issue ongoing for 2 months now. Glad to see LMI is on the ball. 8-)

I'm having the same issue. I spoke with support about 4 weeks ago, and they said it was a problem with the unattended access install. I reinstalled and it had worked for a time. But now, the problem seems to be getting worse as I use LMI Rescue, unattended or not. I called support and they admitted this is a known bug, but didn't give me a bug squash estimate. I haven't heard from anyone in 3 weeks. This is a huge show stopper. I opened another ticket. They might call me in a few days. In the meantime, I'm looking at other remote products.
