I’ve been having a persistent problem with accessing the computer I need to log into remotely.
I log into my local computer, enter all of the correct passwords, and the computer successfully connects to the remote machine. But when the window displaying the remote desktop, all I see is black despite the connection going through successfully. I see all of the LogMeIn interface options to, like adjusting the screen resolution and the like. I can also minimize and maximize the remote window—I just can’t actually see the remote desktop and do anything.
Is anyone else having a problem like this?
I’m using a MacBook Air (Mid 2013) and my operating system is OS X, Version 10.9.2.
I don’t know off the top of my head, by the computer I am trying to remote in is an iMac, and I think it is an Early or Mid 2012.
I am using LogMeIn Pro. The irony is the free option always worked better for me than the version I paid for.
If anyone has a solution to this problem, I’d really appreciate the help!
