We have been experiencing a problem with some users that do not complete the information on the client they are supporting or the system they are working from. We were wondering if there was any way to get the actual equipoment IP addresses (private and public if possible) of both the technicians workstation and the remote machine for policy enforcement purposes.
I looked at the API en saw only limited information about this. It seems the API only provides the public IP of the remotely controlled system. Is there any way to get the full IP addressing picture of a remote session ?
