3 of our Service Desk Analysts have stated that beginning today they are noticing multiple issues with the LogMeIn Rescue client. The problems they are facing:
1) While connected to a user, they are seeing frequent disconnects, resulting in having to reestablish a connection with the end user.
2) The LogMeIn Rescue client freezing up, needing to be force closed.
Like I mention, these issues just started today - so I wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing similar problems. We us LogMeIn heavily, on a daily basis and have not encountered this before.
Normally I would of course recommend uninstalling and reinstalling, checking locally first, but considering three of my best Analysts started having issues at the same time, I feel something else is to blame.
