Computer status changes to expired after 24 hours

Hi,

I don't think this is the same issue as the expired certificates discussed elsewhere, but let me know if I'm wrong.

Some of the computers added to our rescue account only remain accessible for 24 hours after installing the client-side software, after that the status changes to expired, and to log back on requires a new code to be issued.

Can anyone explain why this is the case? The initial session is always set to run as system applet, and unattended access is approved. Note that the status is 'Expired' and not 'Revoked'.

Is this an OS issue? Permissions? Anti-virus?

i think I've resolved this myself - hadn't noticed that the unattended access period defaults to 24 hours. Hopefully setting the radio button for 'indefinitely' will do the trick.
