I orginally created a free trial account to access my work computer because we have a one person part time IT department. When the end free trial period was coming up, I was added to the work LogMeIn Professional Network account. I know, because I did it.
Now the free trial period is up and my access is denied and I'm prompted that I must purchase an account for access... even though my email address was added to the company paid account. How can straighten this out and get access to my account?
