Hi
I'm using LogMeIn Rescue in company with multiple interrnal subnets. It's working just fine when connecting to a PC in the same subnet. But when a PC is in different subnet - it's a different story. It keeps asking for password and none of the passwords is working. Local admin, domain admin, user, admin user - none.
I found questions about similar problems on the forum and none of these has been answered:/t5/Rescue/Can-t-use-Connect-on-LAN-from-VPN/m-p/69718/highlight/true#M2637

How this issue can be solved? Was trying to find it in manual, online help - no luck. This is getting frustrating
Hello @HaraldB
Thank you for your post.
Are you able to ping the machine or access its remote services from this different subnet? If yes, then this might be an issue with the Rescue software. In this case, please give us a call so we can have one of our Tech Support representatives look into this for you. If no, you’ll need to adjust some settings to make that access possible before Connect on LAN will work across different subnets.
I hope this helps.

My problem is that I am unable to connect to any computers on a subnet as well. However, the problem I'm having is that it just flat out refuses to connect. Typing in the DNS name of the computer does bring it up and shows the correct IP address. However it thinks for a few seconds and then kicks back "Faild to start session on device XXXXXXXX". This happens when trying to connect via IP address as well. I have tried rolling back to the previous 7.4 version and the problem has decided to follow me. Computers on the same subnet have no problem connecting at all. Any ideas folks?
