I apologize in advance if this is already covered elsewhere but I'm experiencing a problem when connecting remotely to a single client via Technician Console.
Once the connect is established, any actions performed take anywhere from 10-30 seconds to display on my screen. The client ultimately created a VPN account to allow a remote desktop connection which performed perfectly. While connected via VPN, Technician Console performed in the same slow manner.
This is probably a loaded question, but what firewall or security policy might exist to create this condition? When running file manager in the same session, transfer speeds seem fast enough between 500KBps and 900KBps.
