Is this product actually supported by anyone?

Whenever I have ever tried to get support (phone, email or forum) no one has ever answered. Is this product actually supported and if it is please can someone look at my support request ticket 03732009?

Logmein rescue tech console completely locks up and I have to force quit it 50% of the time when a session is ended.

I am running 7.4.2212-1.0.38 on mac OS X 10.10.1 Yosemite. Is this the latest version of the logmein rescue software or is there a newer one I can try?

OVERKILL

I'm having the exact same issue, I'm amazed I haven't seen more posts on it.

I had this issue on Yosemite and now have it on El Capitan. I can fire up Rescue, do a support session, but when the session ends often times the image of the remote screen stays on the screen. You choose to quit LogMeIn, but it does not quit. You have to force close it.
