Hi,
I had a number of sessions 'on hold' including computers that are set up in unattended access. These sessions are now missing from the list of active sessions but the unattended access list shows them still in session.
This means you cannot reconnect to them.
There is only one technician, one channel and one group so they cannot have been transfered anywhere. The sessions also do not appear in the Administration web page.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas on a fix other than setting up the unattended access again?
