We have the known issue of trying to support Surface Pro 3 machines and only seeing the top left corner of the screen. Recently we installed a Thinkpad Yoga and a Dell Latitude 7440 with the HD touch screen and they both have the same issue. The only way these will work is if the screen scaling is set to the smallest possible which renders the units almost unusable for the users. As a test I tried connecting to a user with a new 4K monitor, same issue. Has anyone else seen this and is anyone at LMI working on a solution, over a million SP3's have been sold in the first quarter and I simply can’t believe that this issue has not been addressed and solved by now.
