Windows 8 - Restart as system service using Windows Live ID

I have a PC that is running Windows 8.1 that has UAC enabled. To bypass this, i attempted to restart as a system service. I entered the Administrator accounts login credentials which is a Windows live ID, but i kept getting that the login was incorrect. I am 100% sure i am entering the information correctly, i do it many times a day

I am having some of the same issues. I believe it requires you to have a seperate user that is an administrator then the one you are currently logged in as.
