First I want to say that I love the LMI rescue app. As a tech that does A LOT of remote work, it has been the best support tool i have ever used.
There is just one thing I would like to see added. An air-horn button.
The one problem I seem to have is i will be working on someone's PC, finish fixing their issue, take them off hold, and they just set the phone down and walked away. It would be great to have something to get their attention.
You could have a couple of different horns, like the standard air horn, a renge horn, hokey goal horn, even a vuvuzuela.
Just wanted to pitch it to you guys.
