Unable to connect since Windows 10 upgrade

Upgraded two of my machines to Windows 10 yesterday, and have been unable to connect to either one remotely via Logmein since. I get a "login failed" message with a reconnect button (which, when clicked produces the same login failed message), and a close button.

I also trieed to share a desktop and sent myelf the link, but even that produces the same "login failed" message.

And yes, I have installed the optional Windows 10 update on both machines, and I've rebooted.

Oddly enough, while logmein doesn't, Join.me DOES work.

Figured it out... I was able to connect by clicking the "Forget stored credentials" button in the Info section to prevent the auto-connect, and then entering my Windows login information rather than my LogMeIn login information.

Thanks for the tip! I recently installed updates on my Windows 10 laptop and wasn't able to run LogMeIn for a couple of days. Glad it's working again.

The info section is located in:

In logmein client, where you have the computer listed, you see 4 buttons: remote control, file manager, main menu e INFO.

If you click on Info, you will see a button with this text: "forget stored credentials".

Click the button, reconnect and you will be fine.

Where exactly is the "info section"? Is it in hamachi or is it somewhere in windows 10?

that worked perfectly. I've upgraded several PC's to Windows 10 remotely via LogMeIn. This information helped

If the computer is in sleep mode you need to wake up first the pc. another computer in the LAN needs to be powered on and WOL needs to be activated on the offended pc.

But I find I have to do this every time. Stored credentials just aren't working for Windows 10, at elast not for me. Anyone else having this problem? Seems we need a fix for this...
