Is there a way to get the LogMeIn Rescue Technician Console to prompt with an audio prompt periodically while someone is waiting. I understand that there is an audio prompt when they first connect, and again when they are about to time out. I want for there to be additional audio notification between the two for me the color coding is not enough of a prompt.
My company would also really benefit from improved audio notifications. If we could modify the channel settings make audio alerts for waiting customers at set intervals (every 30 seconds) it would help us avoid missed sessions.
