I always wonder how long pay as you go support will last. Its can be a costly way of getting support. I also don't see how pay as you go support gets a job done as quickly as it should be.
In my opinion IT support company's are all moving toward inclusive annual contracts. its almost an insurance policy for the company your supporting. This keeps the emphasis on the support company to be pro-active and to monitor their clients workstations/servers.
I'm interested to hear. Are you supporting company's or home users?
I would love to see functionality like this built in to Rescue.
